Who We Are

Welcome! I’m Kelsey, owner and founder of Olive and Branch. My whole life I have known God, but never truly known Who He is, or the immensity of His love for us.
During a tragic accident in 2024 that caused my father to become paralyzed from the neck down, God sent His Spirit upon me and revealed Himself to me. In the midst of fear and uncertainty, He brought me comfort, peace and most of all, hope.
This hope was carried with me from that very first night in the hospital and has stayed with me to this day.
This hope guided my family and I as my father went through a three month process of recovery and restoration.
This hope filled us as he walked out of the hospital doors on his own two feet to come back home.
This is the very same hope that God Our Father has given us since the very beginning. In Genesis 8, after 150 days of drowning the earth, God let the floodwaters recede. This is where He provided Noah with a beacon of that hope.
“Then he sent out a dove to see if the water had receded from the surface of the ground. But the dove could find nowhere to perch because there was water over all the surface of the earth; so it returned to Noah in the ark. He reached out his hand and took the dove and brought it back to himself in the ark. He waited seven more days and again sent out the dove from the ark. When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf! Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth. He waited seven more days and sent the dove out again, but this time it did not return to him.” - Genesis 8:8-12 NIV
Noah sent a dove out multiple times, in hope for a sign that the earth was finally dry. After all the searching and several failed attempts, the dove finally found a place to land. The olive branch was more than something the dove found along the way. It was a sign that the storm had passed and that the ground was being restored. A sign that God had fulfilled his promises and brought peace and renewal. A sign of hope for the restoration of all creation.

Our Purpose

We believe that through God, every storm eventually brings its olive branch. The dove is not where God’s restoration ended, but where it began. The same hope revealed through the olive branch continues throughout all of Scripture and is ultimately fulfilled through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Through Christ crucified and risen, God did not just restore the earth, He made a way to restore our hearts and bring us into salvation. Just as the waters receded, God is still bringing restoration into our lives through His Son.
Olive & Branch exists to reflect that truth and to spread the hope we have been given. To be a reminder that peace follows the storm, and to point everything back to our Redeemer, who is making all things new.

Living Hope

This hope we have been given is meant to be lived.
That is why a portion of every order goes toward supporting those who are walking through their own storms. We proudly donate 10% of all orders to Wings for Life World Run, an organization dedicated to funding research for spinal cord injuries and helping bring restoration to those affected.
This mission is deeply personal to us! We have seen what it looks like to walk through uncertainty, to pray for healing, and to hold onto God’s hope when the outcome is unknown.
Through your support, you become a part of that story, bringing hope to others. For the restoration of all creation.
