Return & Refund Policy

At Olive & Branch, all of our products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or changes of mind.

However, we always want to make things right if something is wrong.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To report an issue, email us at support@oliveandbranchapparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A short description of the issue


Returns Not Accepted

Because every item is custom made when ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Any item marked as final sale or discounted

  • Gift cards

Please double-check your order details before submitting — especially sizing and shipping info.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved due to a damaged or misprinted item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
