When will my order ship?
Your order is processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we hope to soon! For now, we only ship within the U.S.

How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are true to size with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. You can also check the size guides in the product descriptions for detailed measurements.

What materials do you use?
All garments are soft, high-quality cotton or cotton blends. We choose pieces that feel as good as they look; cozy, durable, and made to last.

How should I care for my shirts/sweatshirts?
To keep your piece looking its best:

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Hang to dry or tumble on low
• Avoid bleach or ironing directly on the design

Will the print fade?
Our designs are direct-to-garment (DTG) printed, meaning the ink soaks into the fabric. As long as you wash on cold and hang dry (or tumble low), your print will stay vibrant.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each item is made to order, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order. If that happens, contact us at support@oliveandbranchapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please keep in mind that when you shop with us you are agreeing to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service .

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order shortly after it’s placed, so cancellations or changes aren’t guaranteed. Reach out to support@oliveandbranchapparel.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to respond in 1-3 business days.
