RETURNS
Since each item is made to order, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order.
If something isn’t right, please contact us at support@oliveandbranchapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement.
Please note that this does not apply to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general wear.
By placing an order, you agree to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Your order is processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically can take 7-14 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and the carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we hope to soon! For now, we only ship within the U.S.
PRODUCT CARE & SIZING
How do your shirts fit?
Most products are true to size with a relaxed fit unless marked otherwise. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. You can also check the size guides in the product descriptions for detailed measurements.
What materials do you use?
All garments are soft, high-quality cotton or cotton blends. We choose pieces that feel as good as they look; cozy, durable, and made to last.
How should I care for my shirts/sweatshirts?
To keep your piece looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Hang to dry or tumble on low
- Avoid bleach or ironing directly on the design
Will the print fade?
Our designs are direct-to-garment and direct-to-fabric printed. As long as you wash on cold and hang dry (or tumble low), your print will stay vibrant and intact.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order shortly after it’s placed, so cancellations or changes aren’t guaranteed. Reach out to support@oliveandbranchapparel.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to respond in 1-3 business days.
Do you offer custom orders or collaborations?
No custom orders yet! But we’re always open to ideas. Feel free to reach out to contact@oliveandbranchapparel.com if you have something in mind!
